A Message from Coastal Herb Regarding High Times Cannabis Cup Judges Kits

First and foremost, Coastal Herb is incredibly excited and honored to be a part of the High Times Cannabis Cup. Being selected as a retail partner for this iconic competition is a huge milestone for us, and we don't take that lightly.

That said, we want to be upfront with our community. We've received feedback from some of our guests who purchased Judges Kits and experienced issues, whether that's missing items or contents not fully aligning with expectations. We hear you, and we want to make sure every single one of you has the experience you paid for.

We want to give a shoutout to the team over at Bango, Austin and company, for the work they've put into assembling these kits for you all, as well as the team at High Times, especially Kyle Rosner, who has been our main point of contact and the boots on the ground here in New Jersey. We've been in direct communication with both parties and are working closely with them to make this right for every guest who's had a less-than-favorable experience.

Some apologies are due. We fucked up.

We've been working our asses off to bring you $20 eighths that actually smoke, and we missed the mark with one vendor. We brought in a brand called Triple Seven, and the truth is simple... the flower didn't hold up. It didn't meet the standard we believe a $20 3.5 should meet, and it shouldn't have been on our shelves.

That's on me.

But it's also on the vendor. Pushing underwhelming product and expecting customers to eat it is bush-league. We don't do that here, We don't support that here, and We sure as hell won't let it slide.

We've heard your complaints. We agree with them. Because of that,

We're selling the remaining Triple Seven eighths at cost until it's gone ($14.99)

We're ending our relationship with this vendor, effective immediately.

And we're working to bring back Ozone and Grown Rogue to fill that $20 slot with flower we actually stand behind, We're excited to welcome back these fan favorites to hold that line for us on that side of the menu!
